Joining / Creating a Gang
- If you are interested in joining an existing gang, you MUST have been active in the city for at least 2 weeks.
- Organizations require a minimum of 3 weeks of active playtime before submitting a gang application.
- Gang colors can be claimed after 2 weeks unless already taken by another group.
- All organizations are capped at 20 members including Hang Arounds.
- A minimum of 6 members is required before submitting an application.
- Gang management requires constant roster access and Discord representation.
- Contracts are mandatory; PERMAs require upper staff approval.
Gang Approval Process
- Applications are reviewed after 2 weeks of city activity, followed by a 1-week in-city observation period.
- Staff evaluate gang behavior, conflicts, RP quality, and turf control during observation.
- Once your gang is approved, you can officially wear your mask and pocket flag.
- Gang colors are required at all times except during jobs, business work, or events.
Beef / War
- 30-minute minimum cooldown between shootouts with a 1-minute initiation requirement.
- There should always be a valid RP reason for beef or war to happen.
- Single day beef limit; week-long wars require staff notification.
- ZERO tolerance for fly-in shooters — this will result in gang disbandment.
- No toxicity during warfare. Conflicts near gang turfs are preferred.
Bleeding In / Out
- 1-week minimum hangaround period before bleeding in new members.
- Leaders and high command conduct all bleeds.
- 1-week cooldown before joining another gang after leaving one.
- Staff approval is required for perma deaths; no item transfers after a perma.
Vehicles
You can only have 3 vehicles in a gunfight.
- No using vehicles to harm other players during gang conflicts.
- Bulletproof vehicle abuse is prohibited.
- Gang-colored vehicles are required for faction activity.
- Repairs should only be done in safe locations.
Turfs
- Gangs must protect their assigned turfs.
- You cannot press non-affiliated civilians who are performing jobs on your turf.
- Police encounters cannot be deliberately brought to turf areas.
Cooldowns / Trades / Hopping
- 1-week cooldown before joining another gang.
- Members must bleed out and bleed in — no direct trades between gangs.
- Gang hopping is permitted as long as the cooldown period is respected.
Leadership
- Leaders are responsible for contracts, rosters, and Discord management.
- Leaders can be removed by member vote if necessary.
- Structure: One leader, one co-leader, and a maximum of two shot-callers.
Strike System
- First Strike: Probation — no colors, reduced activity.
- Second Strike: 2-week probation OR 1-week probation with a $250k–$500k fine.
- Third Strike: Potential disbandment or leader removal.
- One strike can be removed after 30 days with management approval.
